That is I. I'm not a prissy girl, never have been and never will be. I'm tomboyish. I don't mind looking kind of boyish and I like androgyny because it's unique and it keeps people guessing. I hate labels and generalizations so why is it that just because I like to dress comfortably and wear my hair short some people want to assume that I am lesbian??? I am definitely not a homophobe, some of the coolest peeps I've met in life are gay but my deal is what's up with all these f***ing labels and sh!t! It really annoys me at times. Even my own mother tried to play me when I got my hair cut short. She told my niece that I looked like "one of the boys", WTF. Sorry for the venting but I know I can't be the only one annoyed with the labeling, stereotyping and assuming. holla.

i definitely hear u kid. people tend to stereotype individuals based on appearances and sadly enuff that aint never gone change. all u can do is walk with confidence and love yaself regardless of what people say. no matter how one looks there is always someone out there who has a comment. its reality but all we can do about that is continue to do what we do and be who we are.

This is something that we've had to deal with throughout our career and I am sure there is 10 more years of it to come. Just love yourself and do you. f**k what other people think.
