whats up everyone. i had to get in on this topic. i think kin should look at expanding their image beyond sneaks and jeans, because hip hop has expanded their range beyond it. i don't like to call out the whole pimp trend that's been happening ( because men exploiting women is not something i celebrate) but the one good thing that's come out of it is that we get to see rappers dress up in suits, tuxes, ties and button downs. i think you ladies should get done up! i'd love to see you two with your hair down, in curls, wearing fedoras, with walking sticks. maybe in suits, dress shirts, whatever and just a plain white background. not too fussy and classic. this was my answer to a similar question a few months ago: "i see you ladies dressed up in suits sitting on a leather couch with walking sticks, with fedoras, looking sexy. both of you have your hair curled. nor i see you in a suit and a button-down unbuttoned most of the way but tucked in your pants, with a fedora down low on your head. i see all these pics in black and white, with a blank white background...it would add an ethereal, classic quality and keep the attention completely on the subjects: kin."

You know what's funny, before meeting IQ and Nor, listening to their music and seeing them perform, I may have agreed with senorloco or lyricmelody, but I have to say KIN don't change your image. Your music, your look, your style etc. are all part of who you are and what makes you appealing to your fan base. I appreciate your image, style and dress, its KIN and that's what's up! So I would say background change is wassup, but I wouldn't change the look. In your words "Rock out!"

In your words "Rock out!" its ways for them to still stay true to themselves and their styles and still do a grown and sexy photo shoot. i aint talkin bout no like tuxedos and sh*t like that. like some jeans and button up shirts or polo shirts just chilled out on a big comfortable lookin couch or somethin. playin play station or somethin nothin extra nothin fake or phony.

to me it's a matter of being versatile and expanding your horizons while being true to yourself. i think kin can definitely pull off being dressed up with an edge, and look fabulous doing it. i also want to add that the image about the tuxes and etc. (which i think is great) was something i cooked up in my head. there are other ways to get dressed up; i was just putting the general idea out there.
